If you’ve created an account and need help signing in, follow these steps.

If you’ve forgotten your password
You can reset your password by using the password recovery page. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. If you can’t see this email, check your Spam and Junk folders as it could be there.

If you need to confirm your account
Before you can log into your account, you will need to confirm it using the link that we send to your email address. (This is just to let us know it’s really you!).

Unfortunately, our confirmation emails can sometimes be mistaken as spam by email providers. If this happens, please check your Junk/Spam folders in your account for an email from [email protected] that looks like this…

What can I do about this?

To help us resolve this situation quickly and allow you access to your order, we kindly ask that you do the following:

Please contact [email protected] from the email address you used to place your order. Explain what may have caused the issue.

If you are unsure as to what may have caused this, here are some scenarios which may indicate why your order has been flagged:
– You are accessing the Internet via a proxy server/VPN
– You are currently away from your billing address
– You are using someone else’s card
– Your order is of high value
– You made a mistake when entering your billing address

Note: These are not the only reasons why your transaction may be flagged.

In order to download software trials, you first need to have an account registered with us at Plugin Max. To find out how you can create an account, click here.

1. Choose which plugin you would like to download the trial for > click TRIAL VERSION and you will then be redirected to the trial page of your chosen plug-in.

2. Choose the operating system (PC or Mac) you are using to ensure the file is in the correct format > then click DOWNLOAD TRIAL.

Please note: If there are any limitations of the trial version you have selected, they will be detailed in the Trial Version Notes.

When you purchase a product through Plugin Max, your serial or redemption code will be stored in your account area.

What to do when there is nothing next to your product
If there are no messages next to your serial, please send a screenshot showing your product in your account and your order number to our Customer Care team who will look into this issue for you.

If you have purchased a second copy of a product that you already own, you may be wondering where the new license is located in your account after you have completed your transaction.

When you purchase a second copy of a product that you already own in your account, your new serial code will appear below your old serial code in your account.

When your second serial code is added to your account, your purchase list will not update to be in chronological order, so you will need to locate your original purchase within your My Products area to find your second serial code.

We provide product user manuals whenever they are available, however, unfortunately not all products are supplied with product manuals.

1. Find the product in your Plugin Max account that you wish to access the manual for. If there is a user manual available for your product, there will be a drop-down menu under the VIEW DOCUMENTS tab. Click the down-arrow icon to reveal the options in the drop-down menu.

2. Select the User Manual from the drop-down menu.

3. Select the VIEW DOCUMENTS button.

4. The PDF user manual will now open in a new web browser tab.
