Description

Blue Cat’s StereoScope Pro is a real-time stereo field analyzer with multiple views and MIDI/automation output capabilities. It helps analyze the audio signal’s spread in the stereo field and easily detect potential phase and mono compatibility issues. The analysis is controllable in detail, and precise measurements with zoomable displays let you monitor exactly what is happening. Choose from a real-time stereo field display, evolution of the stereo image over time (2D or 3D waterfall view), or output parameters describing the average position and extent of the signal. Four memory slots allow you to store curves for easy comparisons between tracks or effects setups. Like other professional analysis tools, the output parameters can control other effects in real-time, generating automation envelopes or MIDI CC messages for minimum, maximum, and perceived stereo position. Blue Cat’s skinning language support and window opacity management allow users to adapt the interface for an enhanced workflow.
