Description

The Bogren Digital Trivium AmpKnob Bundle is a collection of three amp sim plugins, each designed for a specific instrument: rhythm guitar, lead guitar, and bass. These plugins were developed in collaboration with Trivium members Matt Heafy, Corey Beaulieu, and Paolo Gregoletto to ensure they accurately capture the band’s powerful and precise sound.

Purchasing the bundle offers all three plugins for the price of two, or they can be bought separately.

Ampknob – Trivium Rhythm

This rhythm guitar plugin, developed with Matt and Corey’s playing in mind, features a straightforward interface. It delivers a tight low-end for fast chugging riffs and a range of tones from clean to high-gain distortion via its three boost modes: Green Boost for clean tones with reverb, Orange Boost for crunch and distortion, and Red Boost for high-octane clarity. It also includes two perfectly matched cabinets: Modern and Vintage.

Ampknob – Trivium Lead

Crafted for blistering leads and melodies, this plugin helps guitar solos sit perfectly in a mix. It includes essential effects like a chorus/doubler (Chorey) and a delay. These effects can be used in stereo for a wide sound, with additional fine-tuning options available by clicking the “open” button.

Bassknob Trivium

Design to replicate Paolo Gregoletto’s bright bass tone, this plugin ensures the bass cuts through the mix while providing a solid low-frequency foundation. An Overdrive button can be activate for a more aggressive sound.

Features

The plugins offer several convenient features. The standalone version of Ampknob allows users to capture ideas quickly with a built-in recording function. It also includes a metronome and a tuner. The plugins come with expertly chosen speaker cabinets, and users can load their own impulse responses (IRs). The innovative IRDX Technology (Impulse Response Dynamix) uses machine learning to add dynamic, real-life speaker behavior to static impulse responses, making the amp sim sound and feel more authentic.
