I think that Insight provides some very helpful visual tools to aid mixing and mastering.
Damien –
I have both A|B and Insight. Both are good in their chosen fields. A|B is great for music, and Insight is great for post. If you’re in both fields, you want both (and both have uses on the other side, too).

I have Insight and use it a lot. Like every time I start mixing I’m constantly watching the spectrograph. Mainly because i do a lot of work on headphones and it helps me get a good feel of how the bass is sitting in the mix in comparison to the other frequencies.
